Roles & permissions overview

Our ATS supports four roles that you can assign to team members. You can assign the role type to any team member while inviting them to the ATS.

Access all candidates for all jobs.
View reports.
View confidential information.
Manage all settings.
Manage roles and permissions for all team members.
This role is typically used for HR Directors, Recruitment Leads, Talent Acquisition Specialists, and VPs of HR/People.

Access candidates for jobs they have permission to view.
View reports if permission is given by super admins.
View confidential information if permission is given by super admins.
Manage all settings.
Manage roles and permissions only for Hiring Managers/Interviewers and employees.
This role is typically used for recruiters, recruiting coordinators, and sourcers.

Access candidates for jobs they have permission to view.
View confidential information if granted by super admins or recruiters.
Cannot access reports or manage settings, except for personal settings.
Cannot manage any team members' roles and permissions.
This role is typically used for hiring managers, department heads, and interviewers.

Cannot access jobs, candidates, reports, or settings.
Can only access the employee portal to refer candidates and apply for internal jobs.
This role is typically used for employees who are not part of the recruitment team.

"If granted": This means the team member can perform the action only if the access is allowed by the super admin for that specific permission.
All or selected jobs as assigned: Refers to the scope of jobs & candidates access assigned by the super admin. </aside>
