Add a new candidate directly on ATS
- You can either manually enter the candidate's details or upload their CV/resume. The system will automatically parse the uploaded resume to fill in the information.
- Select the job and stage you want to add the candidate to. You can also specify the source of the candidate.
Add multiple candidates in bulk directly on ATS
By manually clicking “Add another candidate” or uploading several CVs/resumes, the system will parse the candidate information and create individual profiles for each candidate.
If you want to assign all candidates to the same job and stage, click the checkbox to apply this information to all candidates.
Add a candidate through our browser extension
Discover potential candidates on any website or job board, such as LinkedIn or Gmail.
With our extension, you can easily check if they're already in the ATS, or you can add them smoothly if they're not.

- Search or add a candidate:
- If the candidate is already in the system, you can view their profile.
- If the candidate isn’t in the system, you can add the candidate to hiring management system without leaving your current webpage.

📣 Note: An invitation email will be automatically sent to candidates for stages having candidate tasks, such as screening questions, skill based test and video questions.

Add candidates to your talent pool via sending an email
- Email candidate CVs in PDF, Doc, or Docx formats (less than 5 MB) to [email protected] from your ATS-registered email.
- The system automatically parses the CVs and adds candidates to your company's talent pool.
- You will receive an email confirming whether the addition was successful or not, along with reasons for any failures
Once added, the candidates will appear in your candidate list.

- Make sure the “From” email address is either Super Admin or Recruiter in the ATS.
- The system will only add the CV file; other files will not be added.
