Proactive candidate sourcing simplifies finding and hiring the right talent at the right time. You can add a new candidate to a specific job and stage.
Go to the Candidate List and click on "Add New Candidate."
You can either manually enter the candidate's details or upload their CV/resume. The system will automatically parse the uploaded resume to fill in the information.
Select the job and stage you want to add the candidate to. You can also specify the source of the candidate.
By manually clicking “Add another candidate” or uploading several CVs/resumes, the system will parse the candidate information and create individual profiles for each candidate.
If you want to assign all candidates to the same job and stage, click the checkbox to apply this information to all candidates.
Discover potential candidates on any website or job board, such as LinkedIn or Gmail. With our extension, you can easily check if they're already in the ATS, or you can add them smoothly if they're not.
If the candidate is already in the system, you can view their profile.
If the candidate isn’t in the system, you can add the candidate to hiring management system without leaving your current webpage.
<aside> 📣 Note: An invitation email will be automatically sent to candidates for stages having candidate tasks, such as screening questions, skill based test and video questions.
