You can add agencies to your company and create a portal that grants them access. Through this portal, agencies can submit potential candidates for the job openings in your company.

Step 1: Go to the link: https://app.whitecarrot.io/#/recruiter-settings/agencies

Step 2: Click on add new agency, then add agency name, contact person details, assign jobs and send invite email

Step 3: Primary contact person can access the agency portal from email received and submit candidate details.

Step 4: Assign a job to agency when publishing a job. (Click on edit job and reach step 5)
