Advanced stage automations:

• Automated invitation email:

  • Upon adding a candidate task or a welcome message to a stage, the system automatically sends an invitation email to the candidate.

  <aside> 📣 Note: A reminder email will automatically be sent to candidates if they haven't taken any action within 3 days of receiving the invitation email.

  </aside>

• Automated rejection email:

  • If a candidate is archived due to under-qualified in pre-screening tasks, the system automatically send a rejection email to the candidate after a set time.
    • This can be turned off if you prefer not to send rejection emails.

• Auto-Archive for Unresponsiveness:

  • If a candidate doesn't complete their tasks in the time you've set, they're marked as "Unresponsive" and automatically archived.
    • No email is sent to the candidate about this action.
