Overview

Whitecarrot AI can set up and manage jobs for you from a short description. Every change shows an approval card first, so nothing happens until you click Allow. Whitecarrot AI is available on the Teams Pro plan.

Whitecarrot AI is available on below plans:

Create a job with Whitecarrot AI

1. Describe the role, for example Create a job for a Senior Backend Engineer in Dubai, full-time, hybrid, in Engineering.
2. Whitecarrot AI fills in the title, employment type, workplace, location and department, and writes the job description if you did not give one. It asks if anything required is missing.
3. Review the approval card and click Allow.
4. The job is created as a draft, and Whitecarrot AI gives you a link to edit it.

Edit a job or improve its description with Whitecarrot AI

• Ask for a change, for example Make this job remote or Change the owner to Sara.
• Whitecarrot AI can change the title, employment type, workplace, description, owner, location, department, hiring flow, brand, auto-close setting, and posting to LinkedIn, Indeed and Google Jobs.
• To rewrite the job description, say what to improve, for example Make the description shorter and add our benefits.

Publish a job with Whitecarrot AI

• Ask Whitecarrot AI to publish a job and say how:
  • External — listed on your careers page.
  • Unlisted — only people with the link can apply.
  • Talent pool — collect candidates for future roles.
• You can also show it on your internal employee portal or open it for referrals.
• After you allow it, Whitecarrot AI gives you the careers page link and the direct apply link.

Close a job with Whitecarrot AI

Ask Whitecarrot AI to close a job. You can choose to archive its remaining candidates and send them a closing email. Review the approval card and click Allow.

Note: Whitecarrot AI cannot delete jobs. Delete a job from the job page in the ATS.
