You find a candidate who is not only suitable for the existing job but you also feel they are suitable for other jobs as well. You want them to go through multiple jobs to see which one they are best suited for. To add a candidate to different jobs, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the candidate's profile and scroll down

  2. Under "Total Applications," click on "Add Job"

  3. Select the job and stage you want to add them to

  4. Click "Add" and they will be added to that particular job as well

  5. To add them to another job, follow the same process again

  6. You will be able to view all their existing applications and status in all jobs under "Total Applications"
