Add tags to filter and identify promising candidates with a particular skill set easily. Tags are searchable and can help you quickly understand a candidate's qualifications for a job.

To add a tag for candidate:

1. Open candidate profile
2. Click +add #tag in the candidate profile
3. Click enter to save the tag

Add tags based on skills, experience level, or software knowledge.
