Auto-shortlist using skill based test

ℹ️ If you are hiring for a position where you receive a lot of redundant applications which is mostly the case for most entry level or junior positions, you can use a screening skill test to SCREEN OUT the candidates who do not have the skills required.

ℹ️ Please note that skill-based tests are effective for screening purposes and should be used to eliminate candidates who do not possess the necessary skills. These tests are not designed for in-depth assessment of candidate skills. An assessment test that accurately evaluates a candidate's abilities typically takes 40-50 minutes per skill, which makes it unsuitable for the application stage or for use as a top-of-the-funnel screening tool. For initial screening, it's best to stick with shorter, skill-based tests.

 1. Go to the 'Skill-based Test' section: This module helps you to screen candidates based on foundational knowledge for the role.
