LinkedIn overview

There are two preferred options for integrating ATS with LinkedIn: either automatically post your jobs as Basic Jobs on LinkedIn, or use LinkedIn’s Job Slots option if Job Wrapping is available for you in LinkedIn.

Integrate your LinkedIn

1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations
2. Add your LinkedIn company page ID and integrate
   1. Click here to find your LinkedIn Company ID

1. Choose default setting on how you want to to post jobs.
   • Decide to post all public jobs automatically on LinkedIn when the ob is published or
   • Decide on a job-by-job basis at the time of publishing.
   • If you'd like to post all existing un-posted jobs on LinkedIn, you can easily bulk post them all at once.

Add locations with City, State, and Country information to ensure jobs associated with those locations appear in Google search results or on job boards.

Post your jobs as Basic Jobs (free) on LinkedIn

• If you select "Post all my external jobs by default" in settings:
  • the job will be automatically posted on LinkedIn when the job is published.
• If you select “Decide when I publish job” in settings:
  • Go to Free job boards section and click on “Post”.
• Post a job on alternative locations:
  • You can post a job on LinkedIn in multiple locations.
  • LinkedIn does not create multiple job postings when you use alternate locations, instead, it creates a single job post with multiple listed locations.
  • If a candidate searches for any of the alternate locations, your job will appear in the results.

• The job will be posted on LinkedIn within 24 hours and the status changes to “Posted”.

• When a job is posted from the ATS to LinkedIn, it will display an "Apply" button that redirects candidates to the ATS candidate portal for submitting their application.

  

• Candidates who apply using the "Apply" button will be added to the ATS with the origin marked as “Applied” and the source as “LinkedIn.” </aside>

Note: LinkedIn has added new limits on free job postings:

• Only 150 active jobs are allowed per company at a time (previously 500). If you have more, only the 150 most recently updated will be shown to job seekers.
• Once a job posting gets 25 applies, it will stop showing to job seekers. This will roll out gradually over the coming months.
