Common steps to do on ATS before connecting jobs with any job board

• Step 1: Publish the job on ATS.
• Step 2: Go to “Connect with existing jobs” section in publish page and follow the steps mentioned below according to the job board.

LinkedIn

• Step 1: Click on “Connect” for LinkedIn and follow the steps shown in the platform or follow steps below:
• Step 2: Go to https://www.linkedin.com/jobs/ and fill the job details
• Step 3: Select the external website for receiving applicants and paste the copied ATS application link into the website address field and publish the job.

• Step 1: Click on “Connect” for Indeed and follow the steps shown in the platform or follow steps below:
• Step 2: Go to https://employers.indeed.com/p/posting/orientation and fill the necessary job details
• Step 3: Turn off “receive applications on Indeed” in set preferences step and paste the copied ATS link as the application link and publish the job

How to enable application URL feature on Indeed?

• If you don’t find the option to add application URL, please follow the steps below:
  • Click on help in the Indeed portal and choose contact us
  • Now click on “Send us a message”
  • Add the below subject and message with copied ATS URL and send it.
  • Within 24hrs Indeed team will verify and enable the application URL feature to your company.

• Step 1: Click on “Add job board”

• Step 2: Enter “Naukri” as job board name, copy the link and click on “I have posted the job”.

• Step 3: Go to your Naukri employer portal and post a new job or edit existing job that you want to add the ATS link.

• Step 4: In the application settings, select the "Company URL" option and paste the link you copied above on the ATS and post the job.
