Edit a job

To edit your job, opens jobs list and click on edit job. This will take you to the job's editing mode.

Close a job

To stop new applications while continuing the hiring process with current candidates, find the job in the jobs page, and select 'Close Job' from the three-dot menu.

Auto close a job on a specific date

• You can set a date for jobs to close automatically.
• Once the date is reached, the job will be closed on the career page and all job boards.
• You can choose whether to display the close date to candidates or keep it hidden.

<aside> 📣 The candidate portal stays active for existing candidates even after a job is closed.

<aside> 📣 Closed jobs will no longer appear on the career page, but you have the option to publish them in the future if needed.

Delete a job

To remove a job from the job list, simply navigate to the desired job and select 'Delete Job' from the three-dot menu.
