Onboard your hired candidates as employees to your HRMS through integrating it on ATS.

How to integrate your HRMS with ATS?

• Go to HRMS integration page in settings.

• Follow the instructions shown in the settings page to integrate your HRMS

• Since you can add multiple integrations, give integration name to each integration to identify them

• Give your integration a name. This can be your company name.

  

How to add an employee to the HRMS?

• Open the candidate profile who has reached the Hired stage
• Click on “Add as employee”

• Enter the required fields to add an employee to your HRMS.

• After adding candidate details to HRMS, the employee profile will get created.

• The employee profile created is connected to the candidate profile and you can get redirected from the employee profile to the candidate profile in a click of a button

  

• And you jump from the candidate profile to the employee profile by clicking
