Add hired candidates to Bayzat as employees, straight from the ATS.

Get your Bayzat API token

Connected Bayzat before? Old API keys no longer work. Create a new token using the steps below, then paste it into your existing Bayzat integration in the ATS. Your integration and added employees stay as they are.

1. Open Integrations & API

• Log in to Bayzat as an admin.
• Go to Studio → Integrations & API, or open it directly.

2. Create an integration

• On the Bayzat API tab, click Create API Integration.

3. Add the details

• Enter a name and description, e.g. Whitecarrot ATS.
• Keep Active turned on.
• Under Token Expiration, select No expiration (recommended).

If you choose 6 months or 1 year, adding employees will stop when the token expires. You will then need a new token.

4. Give HR access

• Tick HR Service. This is the only permission needed.
• Click Save.

5. Copy your token

• Tick the checkbox, click the eye icon, then copy the token. It starts with eyJ.
• Copy it before you click Got it. You can't see it again.
• Lost it? Click Regenerate token on your integration in Bayzat.

Connect Bayzat to the ATS

• Go to Integrations in ATS settings.
• Under HRMS, select Bayzat.
• Paste your token into API key.
• Enter an Integration name, e.g. your company name.
• Click Integrate.
• Click Verify. A Verified tag means it's working.

Verify failed? The token is likely an old key or has expired. Create a new token and paste it again.

Add a hired candidate as an employee

• Open a candidate in the Hired stage.
• Click Add as employee.
