Connect with Existing Job Board Contracts

1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations.
2. Click Connect your job boards for first time integration or Add contract if you already have some contracts
3. Select the job board you want to connect (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri).
4. Follow the specific steps based on the job board’s connection process.

Post Jobs on Job Boards Using the Contract

After successfully connecting your LinkedIn or other job board contracts, follow these steps to post a job:

• Publish a Job in the ATS
• Go to the Post through your job board contracts section.
• Click Post beside the desired job board (e.g., LinkedIn).

• Enter the Location and Job Title you’d like to advertise.

• Fill in any mandatory fields required by the job board.

  • The AI will auto-fill most details based on your job setup.
  • Review and update any missing fields manually.

Ensure all fields are reviewed carefully before posting.

Once all required information is reviewed:

• Click Confirm & Post.
• The job will be posted on LinkedIn under the selected Job Poster’s contract.

Posting the job on the job board will take 24-48 hours. You’ll see the status as “in-progress”.

Once it is posted on the job board, the status will change to “Posted”
