To send an email, you have two options

If you don’t want candidates to respond you can also send email from “[email protected]” or your preferred email address. Some companies use this to close the loop at the time of sending rejection feedback.
We recommend using your integrated email as much as possible so that candidates have someone to get back to if they have any questions / concerns. </aside>
You can add CC and BCC in the email.
Add email content or use an email template
If you want to make your email confidential or delete email:
After the email is sent, go to the Email section, click on Actions next to the email, and choose either Make Confidential or Delete.
