To send an email, you have two options

Step 1: Integrate your email

• Go to this link: Email Integration
• Follow the below steps:

Step 2: Go to candidate profile

• Click Send email

Step 3: Send email using the integrated email

• Use your integrated email to send emails to the candidates.

<aside> 💡 When to use [email protected]

• If you don’t want candidates to respond you can also send email from “[email protected]” or your preferred email address. Some companies use this to close the loop at the time of sending rejection feedback.

• We recommend using your integrated email as much as possible so that candidates have someone to get back to if they have any questions / concerns. </aside>

• You can add CC and BCC in the email.

• Add email content or use an email template
