Overview

Whitecarrot integrates with Zoom so you can schedule, update, and manage interview calls directly on interviewers’ calendars. Once connected, every scheduled interview will automatically create a Zoom meeting link and share it with participants.

Prerequisite — Connect your calendar first

Zoom integration only works if your Google or Outlook calendar is already connected.

This ensures that Zoom meeting links are included in calendar invites for interviewers and candidates.

Integrate Zoom with Whitecarrot

• Go to Calendar and email integration in settings.

• Click Integrate with Zoom.

• Sign in with your Zoom account.

• Review and authorise the requested permissions.

• After authorisation is done, your Zoom integration is successfully done with ATS

Set Zoom as your default video conference app

• After integration is successful,
  • Set Zoom as the default video conference tool.
  • Once this is set, all newly scheduled interviews will automatically use Zoom as the video conference option.

Schedule interviews using Zoom

• If Zoom is set as the default video conferencing tool, all the new interviews will automatically have Zoom selected.
• If not, when scheduling an interview, you can also change the video conferencing tool in the Location field.

How to remove the Zoom integration?

• Go to Calendar and email integration in settings.
• Click remove integration.
