To manage the collaborators for a job,

  1. Go to the jobs list and click edit job.

  2. Go to “Collaborators” tab

    1. When you add a recruiter or hiring Manager as collaborator for a job, you can control if they can:
      • Edit the job - usually ON for recruiters
      • View confidential info (comments, emails) - usually given to anyone who can see confidential information like salary information.
      • Access candidate profiles - manage which stages they can access in the job.
      • Send & view offer letters - usually ON for recruiters
      • Send emails, progress stages, or archive candidates - to manage candidates in the hiring pipeline.
      • Delete candidates - usually ON for recruiters.

If a “Recruiter” or “Hiring manger” has access to all jobs, you don’t need manage their permissions at individual job level.
