This page lets you manage three candidate lists from one place. Use the tabs to switch between them.
Tags
Labels you attach to candidates to group and filter them (e.g. "Referral", "Top priority"). Add, rename, merge, or delete tags here. Merging combines two tags into one across every candidate that uses them.
Sources
Where a candidate came from (e.g. "LinkedIn", "Careers page", "Referral"). The "Candidates linked" count shows active and archived candidates per source — click it to open that candidate list. Add, rename, merge, or delete sources here.
Archival reasons
The reason a candidate was archived/rejected (e.g. "Not a fit", "Position filled"). Some default reasons are locked and can't be edited or deleted. The "Candidates archived" count links to the candidates archived with that reason.
Who can do what

If you don't have permission for an action, the button is still visible but disabled — hover it to see why. Default archival reasons are locked and can't be edited or deleted by anyone.
Good to know
