Overview
Every conversation with Whitecarrot AI is saved, so you can come back to it, find it again, and share it with teammates. Whitecarrot AI is available on the Teams Pro plan.

Find, pin and delete Whitecarrot AI conversations
- Your conversations are listed on the Whitecarrot AI page, with pinned conversations first. Each one gets a short title from your first message.
- Use Search chats to find a conversation by its title.
- Click Pin to keep a conversation at the top, and Unpin to release it.
- Click Delete and confirm to remove a conversation permanently.
- Click New chat to start a fresh conversation.
Share a Whitecarrot AI conversation with teammates
- In a conversation, click Share.
- Choose who can open it:
- Everyone at your company — anyone with the link who can use Whitecarrot AI.
- Specific people — only the teammates you pick.
- Click Create link, then Copy link and send it.
- Recipients see a read-only copy of the conversation as it was when you shared it. Newer messages are not included until you click Update to current.
- Click Stop sharing to make the link stop working.

Continue a conversation someone shared with you
- Open the shared link to read the conversation.
- Click Continue in my chat to carry it on as your own conversation. Whatever you send there does not change the original.
