You can now schedule interviews with candidates on the calendar in just two steps:

Step 1: Integrate your calendar

• Go to Calendar and email integration page in your settings
• Click on sign in with Google and allow all permissions.

<aside> 📣 If you are using Outlook, please integrate your outlook calendar in settings.

Step 2: Schedule interview with a candidate

2.1 Open the candidate profile and click on “Schedule Interview”

• Choose “Schedule interview”

2.2 Add interview details and send invite

• Details like: interviewers, date & time, interview title, attach feedback template and location (Video conferencing, Phone cal or in-Person) and email / calendar description
• You can see the interviewers’ events on the calendar view.
• Click on “Send invite”

<aside> 📣 Once the interview is scheduled, it will automatically add to the calendars of the recruiter, interviewers, and the candidate. Furthermore, it will be visible in the candidate's timeline as well.

<aside> 📣 You can reschedule or cancel the interview directly from the candidate's timeline. It will be updated in recruiter, interviewers and candidate calendars, as well as the candidate's timeline.
