Describe who you are looking for. Whitecarrot AI can filter candidates by:

• job and stage
• skills and keywords in their CV
• years of experience
• AI CV score
• application date
• active or archived

Example questions:

• Show candidates in the Interview stage for Senior React Developer.
• Who applied in the last 7 days with more than 5 years of experience?
• Find candidates whose CV mentions Kubernetes and AWS.
• List the top candidates by AI CV score for this job.

Results come 20 at a time. Ask for more to see the next ones.

Review and compare candidates with Whitecarrot AI

• Ask for a summary of one candidate, for example Summarise Priya’s profile.
• Ask Whitecarrot AI to compare candidates against what matters to you, for example Which of these candidates has the strongest backend experience? It ranks them and explains why.
• If you don’t say what to compare on, Whitecarrot AI asks you for the criteria first.

Open Ask Whitecarrot AI from a job or candidate and you don’t need to name it — Whitecarrot AI uses the page you are on. It may also point out things worth your attention, such as candidates waiting in a stage for more than 7 days or a job with no applicants.
