Overview
You can now effortlessly create and send interview links to candidates in just three easy steps:
Go to Calendar and email integration page in your settings
Click on sign in with Google and allow all permissions
<aside> ℹ️ Note: If your company uses Outlook, click Sign in with Outlook

Navigate to the candidate’s profile.
Click on Schedule Interview and select Send Invite to candidate.
Review the interview details, including title, duration, interview booking range, location, email, calendar event description.
<aside> ℹ️ Note: If you've customized the email, ensure that the booking link variable is included. If it's missing, you can easily add it by selecting the Booking Link variable from the variables drop-down menu.

Customize advanced settings if needed.
Preview what the candidate will see when booking the interview.
Once everything is set, click Send Invite to send the invitation.
<aside> 📣 Once the candidate has booked their slot, the event will be automatically added to both the recruiter's and the candidate's calendars. Furthermore, it will be visible in the candidate's timeline as well.

<aside> 📣 You cannot edit the booking link settings after candidate booked the slot, but you can reschedule or cancel the interview directly from the candidate's timeline. It will be updated on both the recruiter's and candidate's calendars, as well as the candidate's timeline.
