ℹ️
A feedback template is a guide for the interviewers to know
- what skills / competencies they should test during an interview?
- what questions can be asked by interviewers to assess the candidates.

Step 1: Create an evaluation feedback template
- Go to the link: Evaluation feedback templates
- Choose which sections to include. All sections are optional. You can remove any section and add it back later using the Add Section dropdown :
-
Overall evaluation notes section:
- Interviewers can provide their observations and notes about the candidate.
-
Candidate scorecard section:
- Add a scorecard with specific skills or competencies to evaluate the candidate.
- For each skill, choose :
- Required - interviewer must give a rating
- Required with notes - interviewer must give a rating and add reasoning
- Optional - interviewer can skip it (not counted in the score)
- You can choose the scoring type:
- Score (1–5)
- Score (1–10)

Recommendation section:
- Interviewers recommend whether the candidate should move forward.
- Choose between simple Yes/No or a more detailed scale, such as:
- Strong Yes
- Yes
- On the fence
- No
- Strong No
- Generate using AI :
- From a description - Describe what you want in plain language (e.g., "Template for evaluating designers in a panel interview"). Job and role fields are optional.
- From a file - Upload an image (PNG, JPG) or PDF of an existing scorecard (max 10MB), and AI will generate a structured template from it.
- Review and edit the generated template before saving.

Step 2: Attach feedback template to an interview
- During interview scheduling or sending booking link invite, you can add an evaluation feedback template.
- This ensures all interviewers submit their feedback. The link to submit feedback is shared as part of the interview calendar invite and the platform also sends relevant reminders.
Step 3: Add feedback during or after the interview
- The link to submit interview feedback is shared as part of the interview calendar invite and the system also sends relevant reminders.
