Step 1: Create an interview feedback template

  1. Go to the link: Interview feedback templates
  2. Add different sections to evaluate candidates better with:
    1. Overall interview notes section:

      • Interviewers can provide their observations and notes about the candidate.
    2. Candidate scorecard section:

      • Add a scorecard with specific skills or competencies to evaluate the candidate.
      • Interviewers can assign a score for each item to help with better evaluation.
      • You can choose the scoring type:
        • Score (1–5)
        • Score (1–10)
        • Star rating

      We recommend adding not more than 4 skills.

    3. Add custom sections:

      • Add multiple sections with interview questions to assess the candidate.
      • Each section should include a section name and multiple questions.
      • For each question, choose an appropriate answer type.
      • Interviewers will ask these questions during the interview and record the candidate’s responses.

    4. Recommendation section:

      • Add a section where interviewers can recommend whether the candidate should move forward in the process.
      • Choose between simple Yes/No or a more detailed scale, such as:

        • Strong No
