Whitecarrot AI is available on the Teams Pro plan. This page is a quick reference for what you can ask Whitecarrot AI to do, and what it cannot do yet.

What Whitecarrot AI can do: search and analyse your ATS data

• Find candidates by job, stage, skills, keywords in their CV, years of experience, AI CV score, application date, and whether they are active or archived.
• Open a candidate’s full profile and summarise it.
• Compare candidates against criteria you give, for example “who has the most React experience?”, and rank them.
• List and look up jobs, stages, pipeline templates, departments, locations and brands.
• Spot pipeline issues on the job or candidate page you are viewing.

What Whitecarrot AI can do: jobs

• Create a draft job from a description of the role, and write the job description for you.
• Edit a job: title, employment type, workplace, description, owner, location, department, hiring flow, brand, auto-close, and posting to LinkedIn, Indeed and Google Jobs.
• Improve a job description based on your feedback.
• Publish a job as External (on your careers page), Unlisted (link only) or Talent pool, and give you the careers page and apply links.
• Close a job, optionally archiving its candidates and sending them a closing email.
• Every change asks for your approval first.

What Whitecarrot AI can do: headhunting

• Turn a description of the role into a headhunt search brief you can edit.
• Create a headhunt agent, show its sourcing plan and start sourcing candidates from the web, with live progress in the chat.

What Whitecarrot AI can do: help and everyday use

• Answer how-to questions about the ATS from the help centre, with links to the articles.
