The AI CV Scoring feature is available on all plans and is priced per credit:

• 1 credit is used to parse and score 1 CV.
  • 0.7 credits for parsing.
  • 0.3 credits for scoring.

A. Set Up CV Scoring Criteria

When creating a new job or editing an existing one, you can define custom criteria that the AI will use to evaluate candidate resumes. Criteria are set up in the Application Form section when you're creating or editing a job.

How It Works

Our AI helps you create evaluation criteria in two categories:

• Must-Have Criteria: Essential requirements that candidates should meet. The AI scores how many of these requirements a candidate's resume fulfills.
• Nice-to-Have Criteria: Desirable but not essential requirements. The AI also scores these separately, giving you a complete picture of each candidate.

Example:

• Must-Have: "3+ years of Python experience", "Bachelor's degree in Computer Science"
• Nice-to-Have: "Experience with AWS", "Published research papers"
