Inviting your company's talent team members, such as recruiters, interviewers, and other employees, to the ATS is quick and straightforward.

Overview

Option 1: Invite team members

• Step 1: Go to settings: Team members

• Step 2: Add a new team member

  

• Step 3: Select role type and click on add team member

  

  Note : If you do not want to notify the employee when they are added to the system, simply check the "Add as Team Member" option in the ATS. This will add them to the system without sending an invitation email.

  <aside> ℹ️ Invited team member will receive a signup email with an OTP. It is valid for only 30 days. You can re-send the invite from the team member page.

Option 2: Employees can auto-join the ATS

• Step 1: Confirm your company email domain on https://app.whitecarrot.io/#/recruiter-settings/teams

  

  <aside> 📣 How does the auto-join works?

  Anyone can sign up as an Employee using the registered company domain. By default they will only have access to the employee portal.

• Step 2: Send out the an email to all employees in your organization asking them to sign up

  • A sample email (please edit relevant parts before sending)

    You can use the ATS to

    • Refer candidates
    • Apply for jobs (internal transfers)

    To gain access to the employee account on the ATS, please follow these steps:

    • Step 1: Open link https://app.whitecarrot.io/#/signup
    • Step 2: Use your company email to register
      • For example, use [email protected]
    • Step 3: Use the OTP received on your email to get access to the employee portal
    • Step 4: Please bookmark this on your laptop

    How to Refer candidates?

    

    • If you already have the candidate details, you can submit candidate as referral:

      

    • If you want your friend(s) to apply for a job that we are hiring for

      • Copy and share your unique referral link with a potential candidate. Anyone who uses this link to submit an application will be marked as your referral candidate in our system.

      • Or to share with a wider audience, use Share on Linkedin or Share on WhatsApp.

        

    How to Apply for internal jobs?

    • Apply for jobs that are currently available internally within our company.

How to Delete a Team Member

• Search for the team member in the search bar.
• Click on the Delete button on the right.

If the team member is assigned any jobs or candidates, reassign those jobs and candidates to a new team member before proceeding with deleting the user.

Note: Without reassigning the assigned jobs and candidates, you will not be able to delete the user.
