Step 1: Click on edit using site builder

• Navigate to Settings > Career page

Step 2: Add information about your company

The site builder lets you build the page from these blocks:

• Banner — the image and headline at the top of the page.
• Text section — rich text about your company, team or values.
• Caption — a short line of supporting text.
• Video section — a video file you upload.
• YouTube video — an embedded YouTube link.

You can combine several blocks on the same page, so you are not limited to one banner and one video.

Collect general applications

On Settings > Career page > Edit site builder - you can turn on Collect general applications. This lets visitors apply even when no open job matches them, by collecting general applications from your talent pool job.

Candidates who apply this way land in your talent pool instead of a specific open job, so you can review them later when a matching job opens.

Step 3: Connect with your website

• Share the career page link with your website developers.
• You can use the careers page link to add on your company’s website career page as a redirection link on a button called “Careers” or “Join our team” and start getting candidates.
  • You can simply redirect candidates from your company website to the Career page.
  • You will need a one-time alignment and support from the IT manager or the team that manages updates to the website.

Talent pool: Collect general applications

On Settings > Career page > Edit site builder - you can turn on Collect general applications. This lets visitors apply even when no open job matches them, by collecting general applications from your talent pool job.

Candidates who apply this way land in your talent pool instead of a specific open job, so you can review them later when a matching job opens.

Which jobs appear on your career page ?

Only jobs published on the career page are listed. Two cases behave differently:

• Unlisted jobs are hidden from the career page. Share the job link directly to allow candidates to apply.
• Closed jobs are removed from the career page. You can reopen a job later if you want it listed again.

Visitors can narrow the job list by location and department, so keeping your locations and departments tidy keeps the page easy to browse.
