Add comments to capture key points about the candidate. You can also use this feature to record confidential information and mark it as confidential.

• Go to the candidate profile and click on Comment.
• Turn ON the toggle to make the note confidential

You can also tag team members using @. They will receive an email notification to review the comment and take the necessary action if required.

To tag someone, they must first be added as a user in the ATS. Click here to add them as a user.
