Variables in the email templates will automatically update based on how you use the template for the company, job, stage, and candidate.

You can use variables in your email templates to automatically insert candidate or job information. Variables act as placeholders for details that change for each candidate, such as their name, job title, or other details. Instead of typing this information manually every time, you can drag and drop the required variable from the dropdown into your template. When the email is sent, the system will automatically replace the variable with the correct information.
