For outlook - Seeing "Admin Approval Required"? Here's What to Do,

• If you see a message asking for admin approval, it means your company's Outlook (Microsoft 365) setup doesn't allow employees to grant this permission directly — it must be approved by your IT Admin.

• Contact your IT Administrator or IT team and ask them to approve the Whitecarrot app.

• For reference, share Microsoft's official guide with them: Review and take action on admin consent requests

• Once the admin approves the app, retry the integration — your Outlook account should connect successfully. </aside>
