Step 1: Go to Email and Calendar Integration page in settings

Step 2: Integrate your calendar

• Or let candidate schedule calls directly on your calendar using booking links. (read more on Send invites to let your candidate book interviews) </aside>

Step 3: Integrate your email:

• Send emails to candidates from your company email account for better response rates (and not from [email protected])
• Sync candidate email history in the candidate timeline </aside>

For outlook integration,

• Sometimes, you will be asked to get approval from your Admin because your company’s Outlook setup doesn’t allow employees to grant this permission directly. It needs to be approved by your IT Admin.

• Please contact your IT Administrator or relevant IT team to approve the Whitecarrot app so you can complete the email integration.

• For reference, here are Microsoft’s official guides your IT team can follow: Review and take action on admin consent requests

• Once the admin approves the app, you should be able to integrate your Outlook account successfully. </aside>
