Inviting your company's talent team members, such as recruiters, interviewers, and other employees, to the ATS is quick and straightforward.

Step 1: Go to settings: Team members
Step 2: Invite a new team member
Step 3: Select role type and send invite

Anyone can sign up as an Employee using the registered company domain. By default they will only have access to the employee portal.

If you already have the candidate details, you can submit candidate as referral:
If you want your friend(s) to apply for a job that we are hiring for
Copy and share your unique referral link with a potential candidate. Anyone who uses this link to submit an application will be marked as your referral candidate in our system.
