Once you have received applications, auto-shortlisted candidates, and gathered their information, begin reviewing each candidate based on the collected data. This will help you make informed decisions about which candidates to advance in the process or archive.
Navigating and understanding the candidates list

- Select job: Select the job from the list on the left side — you’ll see all the jobs you have access to.
- Active or Archived: Choose the Active or Archived tab depending on which candidates you want to review.
- Select stage: Select the specific stage you want to review candidates in.
- Search candidates: Search for a candidate by name or email if you’re looking for someone specific.
- Apply filters: Apply relevant filters based on your requirements.
- Bulk actions: To take action on multiple candidates, select them and use Bulk Actions.
- Open candidate profile: If you want to review a specific candidate, open their Candidate Profile.

- View candidate details like name, origin & source, job, stage, contact info, multiple applications and custom fields.
- Use activity tabs to track and review.
- Timeline: See all updates.
- Tasks: View assigned tasks.
- Interviews & comments: View interview notes and feedback.
- Emails: View all email exchanges.
- Profile: Access CV, shortlisting answers, video answers, tests, and other submissions.
- Use the review column to view/download the CV, uploaded files, AI CV review, and candidate responses.
