Improvements

• The extension now detects a candidate’s ATS status directly from the LinkedIn page.
  • Shows a ✓ Profile exists badge when the candidate is already in the ATS, with a quick link to open their profile.
  • Shows a ✗ Not found badge when the candidate is new, along with an Add to Whitecarrot button that pre-fills their details.
• Works on both LinkedIn Search (People) pages and LinkedIn Individual Profile pages.

• Skip approvals for selected offer & e-sign templates </aside>

New Feature

• Skip approvals by template — in an offer approval flow, choose Offer & e-sign templates as the criteria and turn on Do not apply any approval flow. Documents sent with those templates go straight to the candidate. The Send for approval step shows as Not applicable, and the timeline records which flow matched.
• Documents with team e-signers still go through approval. The old Skip approval flow checkbox on the send offer screen is removed.
