New Feature & Improvements
- Candidate list Saved views — save your filter and column combinations as named views and switch between them in one click, in both list and board view.
- Cool-down period — set a cool-down period from the Brand settings page.
- Interview cards are redesigned to be much cleaner.
- Edit job page is reorganized — clearer tabs, ordered by what you need most.
- Candidates
- Kanban board: WhatsApp, comment, schedule interview, and email shortcuts right on the candidate card.
- Candidate and job links now paste as clean, readable links in Slack and email — easy to recognize at a glance.
Other improvements
- Hiring managers can now view the job description of closed jobs.
- Email scheduling options like "In 1 day" now show the exact date and time it will send.
- Corrupted candidate files now show a clear message instead of a broken preview.

Improvements
Jobs list
- Collapse the Draft, Open, and Closed sections with one click for a cleaner list.
- Drag to reorder your jobs.
- "Published" is now called "Open" across the app for clearer wording.
Interviews
- Interviewers now get an automatic reminder to add feedback — one hour after the interview, and again the next day if it's still pending.
Other improvements
- Candidates — profile remembers your panel layout and opens the active application first; adding a duplicate phone number now shows a clear error.
- Jobs — richer closed-job cards showing the close date and total applied/hired.
- Forms — reorder the standard fields on application forms, with updated help docs.
- Integrations — new Glider assessments integration, and connect your own Indeed account to see live job-posting status.
- Careers — moved to the new, faster careers site; existing links and embeds keep working.
- Email — bulk sends are paced to stay within Gmail/Outlook limits, with clearer scheduled-vs-sent status.
- Search — jobs with Google job posting enabled appear on Google Search

New Feature & Improvements
- Job application comments now supports rich-text formatting and file attachments.
- Candidate profile now opens in a pop-up over your list instead of a separate page — so you keep your filters, scroll position, and place in the list while you review.
- Candidate list: bulk actions are now ordered by what you use most, with the rest tucked under "More".
- Candidate profile polish: merged custom fields, grouped contact & social links, new job-info card, clearer tab names, copy email from timeline, plus change the candidate's primary email used for communication. Your candidate activity filter is now saved across sessions, and the archival reason (with its email template) is pre-selected from your last choice.
- Candidate review mode now shows more: added filters, the submitted application form, and UI/UX improvements.
- Booking links & scheduling: set an expiry, and control whether candidates can cancel or reschedule.
- Email placeholders now show readable variable names instead of raw codes.
- Other improvements across Interviews, Jobs, Application Forms, Indeed, LinkedIn, Kanban, and Filters.
